Returns + Exchanges

We totally understand — sometimes something just doesn’t work out! We’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Am I Eligible for a Return?

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of purchase

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free of makeup or deodorant stains

  • Free of animal hair and odors (including smoke)

  • Not a final sale item

If you can check all these boxes, you’re good to go!


Return Policy

Our return window is 14 days from the date of purchase. We accept returns for store credit only.

To start a return, visit your account page for the return portal or email us at returns@shoplenajane.com so we can confirm your item is eligible and provide the return address.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Mailed returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • If you chose in-store pickup, your return must be made within 14 days of your pickup notification.

Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your store credit once we receive your return.


Exchanges

Yes, we offer exchanges!

  • Local? Stop by the store and we’ll help you swap your item in person.

  • Shopping online? Start a return through our Return Portal or email us to begin the process. Then you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

We recommend acting fast if you want to exchange sizes — popular pieces go quickly!


Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email returns@shoplenajane.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. Include photos and a quick description so we can make it right ASAP.


Final Sale Items

All final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes:

  • Sale and clearance items

  • Jewelry

  • Graphic tees

  • Doorbusters

  • Purses + wallets

  • Shapewear (all types)

  • Swimwear + undergarments

  • Hats and beanies (for hygiene purposes)
