🛍 Orders & Shipping

What if I need to make changes to my order?
Once your order is placed, you can fill out this form, and we’ll do our best to help. If your order is already prepared for shipping, we might not be able to make changes.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 (before tax) ship free.

When can I expect my item to arrive?
We process orders in 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking info in your email, and once it's in the hands of USPS or UPS, they’re your best bet for updates.

What is your shipping rate?
We have $5 flat rate shipping.

What if my package says delivered but I didn’t receive it?
We’re happy to help, but once a package is marked delivered, it's out of our hands. We recommend checking with your local post office or UPS and filing a claim if needed.

What’s your return policy?
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Some exclusions apply (like clearance, consignment, and antiques).

How do I start a return?
Easy! Head to your Lena Jane account and use our return portal. Still stuck? Message us—we’re real people and happy to help.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! If you're local, feel free to stop by the boutique and we’ll help you swap it out in person. Not local? No problem—just start a return through our return portal and note that you'd like to exchange your item. We’ll walk you through the rest!

Can I pick up my order in store?
Absolutely! Select “local pickup” at checkout and we’ll have it ready for you at our Jackson, GA boutique—usually within 24 hours.

How will I know when it’s ready?
You’ll get an email from us as soon as it’s prepped and waiting!

Model info is listed on each clothing product page so you can get a better idea of the fit.

What if something I love is out of stock?
Sign up for restock notifications on the product page, and we’ll email you if it comes back!

Are antique items returnable?
No—our antiques and consignment items are final sale.

Are the antiques used?
Yes. Our vintage items are pre-loved and may show signs of wear. We’ll always include any noticeable flaws in the product description.

Why was my antique order canceled?
If an item is too fragile or expensive to ship safely, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We appreciate your understanding!
